Abstract

There is suggested a new way of the formation of the end-to-side ileocolonic anastomosis. The experiment on the animals proved that due to the results of pneumopress and microbiological examination anastomosis has good areflux properties. From the morphological points of view it is characterized by the full adaptation of mucous-submucous layers of both the intestines and the healing processes with evident reparative reactions without obvious alteration processes and connective tissue development.
