Нравственное самоопределение молодежи разных специальностей

Abstract

Проанализирована роль нравственных качеств личности в профессиональной деятельности. Выполнено сравнительное исследование нравственного самоопределения будущих специалистов по рекламе, психологии, экономике, менеджменту (студенты старших курсов, 145 чел.) с использованием методики «Нравственное самоопределение личности» (А. Е. Воробьевой, А. Б. Купрейченко) и авторского методического приема для оценки психологических показателей эффективности рекламы. Наиболее позитивная нравственная позиция существует у психологов, а наиболее негативная у экономистов. Во всех профессиональных подгруппах у женщин более позитивная нравственная позиция, чем у мужчин.

The role of the moral qualities of the person in professional work was analyzed in the article. A comparative study of moral self-determination of the future specialists (students of the last courses) in advertising, psychology, economics and management was fulfilled (n = 145). The method «Personal moral self-determination» and the author's method for evaluation of psychological indicators of advertisement effectiveness were used. The most positive moral position is typical for psychologists, and the most negative for economists. Women demonstrate the more positive moral position than men in all professional groups.
