Проблема кадастровой оценки земель лесного фонда

Abstract

Нормативно-правовое регулирование кадастровой деятельности в области лесных ресурсов находится в процессе развития. В статье определена особенность оценки земель лесного фонда. Выявлены недостатки существующей методики государственной кадастровой оценки земель лесного фонда, даны предложения по необходимости учета природных условий и рекреационной привлекательности, которые влияют на оценку земель.
