Abstract

В статье излагаются научные подходы по планированию гражданской обороны в условиях современного военного конфликта и основные предпосылки, допущения и ограничения, принятые при формировании системы исходных данных для планирования гражданской обороны.

The article outlines the scientific approaches to civil defense planning in modern military conflicts and the basic prerequisites, assumptions and limitations adopted in the formation of the initial data for the planning of civil defense.
