Исторический фактор формирования типа уголовного судопроизводства России

Abstract

Formation of the domestic criminal process is inextricably linked with the development of the Russian state. In this connection it is interesting to study the effects of historical factors on the type of criminal trial of Russia.

Формирование отечественного уголовного процесса неразрывно связано с развитием российского государства. В этой связи представляет интерес исследование воздействия исторического фактора на тип уголовного процесса России.
