Влияние эмоционального интеллекта на политические переговоры

Abstract

Статья посвящена оценке эмоционального интеллекта госсекретаря США Дж. Керри и министра иностранных дел России С. Лаврова. Уровень их эмоциональной зрелости оценивается в процессе участия указанных лиц в переговорах по урегулированию конфликта в Сирии. В статье приводятся примеры методик, используемых переговорщиками, а также осуществляется их анализ на предмет соответствия ключевым признакам высокого и низкого эмоционального интеллекта.The article is devoted to evaluation of the emotional intelligence of John Kerry, U.S. Secretary of State, and the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov. The level of the emotional maturity is analyzed using the study of the negotiations of these persons during the conflict in Syria. The author analyzes the techniques that were used by the negotiators in order to study their emotional intelligence.
