Abstract

In article possible techniques of management in sphere of material support and algorithm of creation of the automated managing director of system for the Ministry of Emergency Cases (Emercom) of Russia in short considered. The substantiation of necessity of creation computer-aided system of material support is given, possible stages of its creation and the basic functions are considered.

В статье кратко рассмотрены возможные пути повышения эффективности управления в сфере материально-технического обеспечения. Дано обоснование необходимости создания автоматизированной информационно-управляющей системы материально-технического обеспечения МЧС России, рассмотрены возможные этапы ее создания и основные функции.
