Abstract

In the article threre is a historical analysis of the scientific understanding of the state of intoxication as a basis of the circumstances of the crime investigation, constitute provisions of the pre-revolutionary scientific schools that demonstrate the depth and continuity of thought in matters of blameworthiness of the offender under the influence of psychoactive substances.

В статье проведен исторический анализ научных представлений о состоянии опьянения как обстоятельстве совершения преступления. Основу исследования составляют положения дореволюционных научных школ, демонстрирующие глубину и преемственность научной мысли в решении вопросов о наказуемости лица, совершившего преступление под воздействием психоактивных веществ.
