Правовое регулирование азартных игр в советском государстве (1917–1929)

Abstract

The article analyzes the legislation about lotteries in the beginning of the XX century. Normative acts of RSFSR forbade only the device of games and the organization of gambling houses, but allowed to participate in games for the sake of entertainment, without the purpose of extraction of profit.

В статье анализируется законодательство о лотереях в начале XX в. Нормативные акты РСФСР запрещали только устройство игр и организацию игорных домов, но позволяли участвовать в играх ради развлечения, без цели извлечения прибыли.
