The vectors of both needs coincide in the modern йpoque. That is why the individualism defeat by collectivism is inevitable. The collectivist ideology corresponds the modern historical need in humanity conversion from the йpoque of supremacy of private property to the йpoque of common property supremacy, specifically, from capitalism to socialism.
