In article the basic approaches and theoretical aspects of formation of concept "competitiveness" are considered. The concept analysis «the competitive expert» is presented. The concept "competitiveness" from the point of view of essence, structures and maintenances in the course of preparation of managers in system of the higher vocational training is considered.

В статье рассмотрены основные подходы и теоретические аспекты формирования понятия «конкурентоспособность». Представлен анализ понятия «конкурентоспособный специалист». Рассмотрено понятие «конкурентоспособность» с точки зрения сущности, структуры и содержания в процессе подготовки менеджеров в системе высшего профессионального образования.
