Педагогическое содействие формированию мотивационной готовности к межпрофессиональному взаимодействию у будущих специалистов в области компьютерных технологий

Abstract

Дается авторское определение понятия «мотивационная готовность к межпрофессиональному взаимодействию» для специалистов в области информационных технологий (ИТ-специалистов) и выделяется структура мотивационной готовности; определяются специфические трудности в области межпрофессионального взаимодействия для ИТ-специалистов; предлагается авторский вариант педагогического содействия эффективному формированию мотивационной готовности к межпрофессиональному взаимодействию у будущих ИТ-специалистов.
