Abstract

The issues of the influence of the new conditions of economic management on the activities and the reliability engineering of electrical power systems in the forward planning of their development are discussed. Special attention is paid to the methodological questions of the verification of the redundancy levels in the market conditions in the electric-power industry of the country. The particular results of the influence of various factors introduced by changing management principles of Integrated Power System of Russia on reliability control support are presented.

В статье рассмотрены вопросы влияния новых условий хозяйствования на показатели и средства обеспечения надежности электроэнергетических систем (ЭЭС) при перспективном планировании их развития. Особое внимание уделено методическим вопросам обоснования уровней резервирования в условиях рыночных отношений в электроэнергетике страны. Представлены конкретные результаты влияния различных факторов, привнесенных изменением принципов управления ЕЭС России на средства обеспечения ее надежности.
