Abstract

The article analyses the possibility of using of succession pool as a tool of the developing professional competence. Succession pool is regarded as a social group, valid for making decisions for the organization and its development in the framework of the project teams. The objective point of the management of succession pool is to ensure not only the continuity of management, but will also create a number of “points of growth” throughout the organization. The author suggests new interpretations of the key words “competence” and “competence”, a three-factor model of professional competence.
