Abstract

Currently, there are of great interest the recovery processes of the heavyweight fighters in comparison with the fighters of other weight groups. The problem is put on the basis of records of the changes in heart rate in the course of carrying out the standard test, training and competitive bout, to follow the wrestlers dynamics of the recovery of light, medium and heavy weight categories. It allows understanding the differences among the fighters of the different categories to plan the training within the annual cycle.
