Abstract

The author offers a new sequence for the survey of factors and new classification of spot factors of investment appeal of resources in order to examine investment appeal of resources of a region. The conclusions show the substantiation of spot factors on the basis of preferences of a potential investor, competitive environment of the object of investment and local risks, profitability of investments, international risks and neutralization of such risks.
