Abstract

The condition of an electrical power complex of Russia, as a whole, and the Northwest federal district (further the Northwest federal district), in particular is considered. The comparative analysis of a contribution of electrical power complexes of federal districts is carried out to the Power pool system of Russia (further UES of Russia). The structure, problems and prospects of development of the electrical power Northwest federal district complex are defined.

Рассмотрено состояние электроэнергетического комплекса России в целом и Северо-Западного федерального округа (далее СЗФО) в частности. Проведен сравнительный анализ вклада электроэнергетических комплексов федеральных округов в Единую энергетическую систему России (далее ЕЭС России). Определены структура, проблемы и перспективы развития электроэнергетического комплекса СЗФО.
