The condition of peripheric microcirculation at 47 patients with parodontosis in treatment dynamics optimized by idrinol electrophoresis is studied. After a three-week rehabilitation course the microcirculation indicator augmentation in gingiva tissues by 1,9 times, depression (by 1,23 times) intravascular resistance, augmentation of amplitude of vasculomotor fluctuations by 1,2 times from reference values is revealed. That authentically exceeded indicators in group of comparison and indicated significant improvement of peripheric microcirculation.
