Abstract

Доля ревматических болезней в общей заболеваемости жителей Республики Саха (Якутия) в 2005 г. по всем классам составила 6,2% (в РФ 7,9%), а к 2009 г. в Республике Саха (Якутия) отмечается рост до 9,2%. Важность проблемы ревматических болезней в РС(Я) обусловлена потерями, связанными с широкой распространенностью этих заболеваний, в большинстве случаев с их хроническим течением, приводящих к временной потере трудоспособности (БКМС среди всех случаев временной нетрудоспособности на 2 месте (11,7%) после болезней органов дыхания), а также с быстрым наступлением инвалидности. Так, в г. Якутске и РС(Я) наблюдается высокий уровень инвалидности (до 45%) по ревматическим болезням.

Incidence of rheumatic diseases in a general structure of morbidity in Sakha Republic population in all classes comprised in 2005 6,2% (in RF 7,9%), but by 2009 there was a marked increase in Sakha Republic up to 9,2%. The signifi cance of the problem in SR (Yakutia) is explained by losses due to this disease incidence, its chronic course leading to temporary disability (it takes the second place in the structure of temporary disability (11,7%) after respiratory diseases), as well as to quick permanent disability. In Yakutsk city and in SR (Yakutia) a level of permanent disability due to rheumatic diseases is very high up to 45%
