Прогнозирование предела выносливости поверхностно упрочненных образцов с концентраторами напряжений

Abstract

Изучено влияние глубины надреза и степени концентрации напряжений на предел выносливости поверхностно упрочненных образцов из стали 20 в зависимости от характера распределения остаточных напряжений поверхностного слоя. Установлено, что для прогнозирования приращения предела выносливости за счет поверхностного упрочнения наиболее оправдано использование критерия среднеинтегральных остаточных напряжений.

The effect of depth of cut and degree of stress concentration on the fatigue limit of surface-hardened steel samples 20 depending on the nature of the distribution of residual stress of the surface layer. Found that for the prediction of fatigue limit increment by surface hardening is most justified use of the criterion average integral residual stresses.
