Инновационный подход к активизации потенциала региональных предприятий ЖКХ - водоканалов

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены возможность и целесообразность эффективного управления потоковыми процессами водоканалов на основе логистики. Идентифицированы базовые потоковые процессы водоканалов, определены первоочередные управленческие задачи и функции, приоритеты инновационного развития. На основе анализа состава и структуры затрат разработаны показатели оценки их отдачи и общей эффективности управления.
