Символика «Прядения» (завивания) в Вятской (русской) обрядовой традиции

Abstract

The article deals with the system analysis of symbolical communications in calendar ceremonial complexes of Vyatka (Russian) of ethnocultural tradition, which allows revealing the concept “spinning” (twisting) as key symbolical ceremonial action. So, “spinning” (twisting) is a key symbolic of “decay” (twisting) of the Thread of Life; symbolical spell of fertility in ceremonial texts of an annual calendar cycle.

Предлагается системный анализ символических связей в календарных обрядовых комплексах вятской (русской) этнокультурной традиции, который позволяет выявить понятие ‘прядение’ (завивание) как ключевое символическое обрядовое действие. Так, ‘прядение’ (завивание) является ключевой символикой «дления» (вития) Нити Жизни; символическим заклинанием плодородия в обрядовых текстах годового календарного цикла.
