«Север» и «Нефтегазовая доминанта» в программе стратегического развития УГТУ

Abstract

The role of the concepts "North" and "oil and gas dominant" in the Ukhta State Technical University program of strategy development is considered in the article. The examples of the projects aimed at realization of the priority areas of the university development, a tentative assessment of socio-economic effectiveness of the program and its importance for the region development are given in the article.

В статье рассматривается концептуальная роль понятий «Север» и «нефтегазовая доминанта» в программе стратегического развития Ухтинского государственного технического университета. Приведены примеры проектов, направленных на реализацию приоритетных направлений развития университета, дана предварительная оценка социально-экономической эффективности программы, ее значение для развития региона.
