Параметры политической системы как фактор развития политического участия в регионах ЦФО

Abstract

Based on the results of the expert survey conducted in the laboratory of social and political researches of Tula State University the parameters of the political system are determined on the ground of the following variables: reproduction of the system characteristics, characteristics of the party system, functioning of the legislative and executive authorities. The influence of the singled out elements of the structure of the political opportunities on the model of the political participation in the regions of the Central Federal District is viewed.

По результатам экспертного опроса, проведенного на базе лаборатории социальнополитических исследований ТулГУ, определены параметры политической системы на основе анализа следующих переменных: воспроизводство системных характеристик, характеристики партийной системы, функционирование органов исполнительной и законодательной власти. Рассмотрено влияние выявленных элементов структуры политических возможностей на модель политического участия в регионах ЦФО.
