Abstract

The competitive resource substitution in the cycle of innovative production development and implementation is based on creation of the special resource-saving management mechanism for the regulation of members' goals and interests misbalance. The structure of the mechanism is the complex of related formed and realized process-projects, based on the innovative resource substitution principles in the concept 5 "K". This approach implies, that innovative reproduction cycle will be characterized by the stability to achieve resource-saving effectiveness. The suggested mechanism concept is based on the intensiveness of special functions applying for the horizontal communications enhancement, creation of flexible and stable structures, which increase the cross-functional interconnection effectiveness.
