Abstract

в данной статье автором рассмотрена деятельность судов штатов в XIX веке по вопросам допустимости регулирования права на оружие. Исследователем проанализированы наиболее значимые прецеденты судов штатов, а также представлена эволюция судебной практики в рассматриваемой сфере.in the article the author describes activities of State Courts in the 19th century on the admissibility of the right to keep and bear arms. The researcher has analyzed the most important precedents of State Courts and presented the jurisprudence evolution in this sphere.
