Юридическая природа инвестиционных соглашений

Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблема определения правовой природы и содержания инвестиционного соглашения. Обосновывается необходимость законодательного закрепления понятия инвестиционного соглашения. Предлагается рассматривать инвестиционное соглашение как особый тип договора, являющийся институтом международного частного инвестиционного права.

The article deals with the legal definition of the nature and content of the investment agreement. The necessity of legislative consolidation concept of the investment agreement. Proposed to consider the investment agreement as a special type of contract is the institution of private international investment law.
