Abstract

Developed the basic provisions for electricity safely the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in emergency situations, including the conceptual apparatus, especially the structure of the regional electricity system through the levels, methods, features and performance evaluation of sustainable functioning of the regional electricity system and electricity supply to consumers, the basic principles and guidelines for ensuring and methods for their implementation.

Разработаны основные положения по обеспечению электроэнергетической безопасности субъектов РФ в условиях ЧС, включающие понятийный аппарат, особенности структуры РСЭЭ по уровням, методы, показатели и особенности оценки устойчивого функционирования РСЭЭ и ЭЭО потребителей, основные принципы и направления обеспечения и методы их реализации
