В статье рассмотрены проблемы внедрения энергосберегающих мероприятий в стационарной теплоэнергетике железнодорожного транспорта на основе концепции системы менеджмента качества. Обоснована необходимость формирования энергосберегающих проектов, ориентированных на достижение ключевых показателей эффективности.
The article discusses the implementation of energy-saving measures in stationary heat and power engineering of railroad transportation on the basis the conception of quality management. The author stresses the expediency to form energy-saving resources oriented towards the key effectiveness indices.
