Abstract

The article discovers the structure of constitutional and legal foundations of the constitutional state in the Russian Federation; it presents the elements of this structure and their specific signs. It studies the interconnection of the structure elements with constitutional and legal principles, and defines the role of the elements in the formation of the foundations of the legal state in the Russian Federation.

В статье анализируется структура конституционно-правовых основ правового государства в Российской Федерации; рассматриваются ее элементы; исследуется взаимосвязь элементов структуры с конституционно-правовыми принципами; определяется роль элементов структуры в формировании основ правового государства в Российской Федерации.
