Abstract

В данной статье рассмотрены вопросы технического обслуживания прокатных клетей «кварто», приведены данные о техническом обслуживании производственных объектов данной сферы ОАО «ММК», описана методика по установлению влияния различных смазочных материалов на ресурс подшипников качения, приведены результаты расчётов, позволяющие осуществить выбор оптимального класса вязкости смазочного материала, в определённых производственных условиях увеличивающего долговечность работы подшипниковых узлов исследуемых объектов.

This paper focuses on maintenance of fourhigh rolling stands, gives data on maintenance of such facilities at OJSC MMK, describes the technique for finding the effect of various lubricants on the rolling bearing life, contains calculations to select an optimum viscosity grade of a lubricant to increase the life of the bearing units of facilities under study in certain work conditions.
