This article describes legislation of USA states as an internal source of legal regulation of institute of a recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitration awards and foreign judgments in the USA with regard to the implementation in the internal provisions on the legislation of USA. In the article the author analyses the iniquity of the states legislation and its correspondence to the federal legislation.

В статье рассматривается законодательство штатов в качестве источника правового регулирования института признания и приведения в исполнение иностранных судебных и арбитражных решений в США с точки зрения имплементации в них международно-правовых норм. В работе автор анализирует единообразие законодательства штатов, соответствие федеральному законодательству.
