Abstract

The article offers the author's personal approach to the formation and development of English law terminology as materialization by language means of the mental sphere of law and trial. Many customary notions good, bad among them became the basis for the formation of key law-and-order concepts and anticoncepts and language means of their denomination.

В статье предлагается авторский подход к формированию и развитию англоязычной юридической терминологии как материализации средствами языка ментальной области права и суда. Многие обыденные понятия, в частности good, bad, послужили основой для формирования ключевых судебно-правовых концептов и антиконцептов и языковых средств их обозначения.
