Новая парадигма военной экономики

Abstract

В статье дается понятие военной экономики с общепринятых позиций современной экономической теории. Показано преимущество данной трактовки перед сложившейся парадигмой военной экономики времен строительства социализма. Рассмотрены основные элементы программно-целевых методов управления оборонным комплексом и возможности их более тесной увязки с рыночными механизмами управления экономикой страны в целом. Новая парадигма военной экономики позволит в условиях предстоящего роста расходов на оборону избежать негативного влияния факторов на темпы экономического роста в стране.
