Abstract

The authors bring up an essential issue of opposition to terrorism that is the necessity to encourage oneself to standard behavior, in other words the moral restraints. They consider the moral restraints to be of great importance in terms of the information propaganda of terrorism and extremism. The authors make a distinction between information terrorism and information war. They emphasize that the system of inner opposition and precautionary principle play a significant role in opposition to information terrorism.
