Abstract

The change of cancer-testis gene mRNAs spectrum in blood of colorectal cancer patients during 5-7 days after tumor resection has been demonstrated. From 1 to 3 cancer-testis mRNAs were detected in patient blood before the resection, and the detection of XAGE mRNA prevailed. An increase in different forms of cancer-testis mRNAs was found in the blood of the same patients after resection, SSX mRNA being detected more frequently.

Продемонстрировано изменение спектра мРНК раково-тестикулярных генов в крови больных колоректальным раком в первые 5-7 дней после удаления опухоли. До операции в крови больных чаще детектировалось от 1 до 3 наименований мРНК раково-тестикулярных генов, чаще всего обнаруживалась мРНК XAGE. После операции в крови наблюдалось увеличение количества форм выявляемых мРНК. Чаще обнаруживалась мРНК SSX.
