Особенности педагогического взаимодействия в свете аксиологического подхода к образованию

Abstract

В статье представлены результаты изучения и характеристика педагогического взаимодействия в образовательной действительности с точки зрения аксиологического подхода. На основе анализа стиля общения учителей начальных классов, определения личной направленности педагогов, диагностики типа их личностной центрации, результатов измерения профессиональной направленности личности обучающих, характеристики их профессионального общения показано, что обучение и воспитание в современной школе по-прежнему осуществляется в рамках нормативного обучения.Results of studying and the characteristic of pedagogical interaction in educational reality from the point of view of axiological approach are presented in article. On the basis of the analysis of style of communication of elementary school teachers, definition of a personal orientation of teachers, diagnostics like their personal centration, results of measurement of a professional orientation of the personality training of the characteristic of their professional communication it is shown that training and education at modern school is still carried out within standard training.
