Исследовательский кластер как средство совершенствования библиотечно-информационной деятельности в регионе

Abstract

Рассматриваются организационные проблемы создания исследовательского кластера, а также его потенциальные преимущества и недостатки в качестве механизма стимулирования научной работы в библиотеках и информационных центрах на региональном уровне.

Organizational problems of forming investigational cluster, as well as its potential advantages and disadvantages as an instrument for stimulating research work in libraries and information centers on regional level are considered.
