Abstract

В данной статье предлагается опыт работы по применению сопряженного психофизического воздействия в 1 классе, применение АМО (активных методов обучения), приемов саморегуляции эмоционального и физического состояния учащихся на уроках физической культуры как важного условия успешной учебной деятельности.
