Представление процедурных знаний в диалоговой базе знаний

Abstract

Статья посвящена эротематическому диалогу, который рассматривается с точки зрения декларативно-процедурной дихотомии знаний. Предлагается формальная модель вопросно-ответной пары, а также диаграмматическая модель шага эротематического диалога в виде сети Петри. Диалоговая база знаний активного агента определяется как совокупность памяти вопросов и диалогового метода доступа, которые моделируют соответственно декларативные и процедурные знания активного агента. В статье показано, каким образом диалоговая база знаний может быть использована для решения ряда плохо формализуемых задач
