Апробация системы биохимических и иммунологических показателей состояния здоровья населения у обследованных жителей Москвы, подвергающихся воздействию загрязнений атмосферного воздуха

Abstract

В обследованиях жителей Москвы (здоровых и имеющих аллергические заболевания) проведен анализ влияния восьми контролируемых загрязнений атмосферного воздуха на разработанную систему биохимических и иммунологических показателей состояния организма. Найдены достоверные биомаркеры эффекта формальдегида, взвешенных веществ и окиси углерода. Обсуждены возможные механизмы выявленных эффектов, в том числе с использованием современных представлений об эндогенном образовании и биологическом действии окиси углерода и двуокиси серы.

New biomarkers of effect of some controlled ambient air pollutants (formaldehyde, carbon monoxide and TSP) were found in two surveys of Moscow residents (apparently healthy and outpatients with allergic diseases) with a help of screening system of biochemical and immunological parameters. Possible mechanisms of the effects, including interference of atmospheric carbon monoxide and sulfur dioxide with corresponding endogenous second messengers, are discussed
