Оценка качества жизни больных с послеоперационными стриктурами анального канала при различных видов анопластики

Abstract

Представлена сравнительная характеристика 75 больных в возрасте от 18 до 78 лет с послеоперационными стриктурами анального канала, преимущественно 2-3 степени, после различных вариантов хирургического лечения (стриктуротомия с пластикой анального канала трапециевидным лоскутом и дополненный вариант операции послабляющим разрезом кожи /патент РФ на изобретение №2391917 от 20.06.2010 г., стриктуротомия с подшиванием краёв раны ко дну раны). Оценку качества жизни проводили с помощью опросника SF-36 Health Status Survey. Лучшие результаты лечения и показатели качества жизни, максимально приближенные к таковом у здоровых людей, отмечены после стриктуротомии с пластикой анального канала трапециевидным лоскутом и послабляющим разрезом кожи.

The paper presents 75 patients of 18-78 years old with post-operative strictures of anal channel (2-3 level of severity) after different types of surgical treatment (stricturotomy with anal channel plastics of trapezoidal flap and amended version of the operation with remittent skin cut/ patent of Russian Federation №2391917 from 06.20.2010 stricturotomy with stitching the wound edges to the bottom of the wound). Estimation of life quality was made with SF-36 Health Status Survey. The best treatment results and indicators of life quality maximal were revealed in patients with stricturotomy by anal channel plastics with the trapezoidal flap with remittent skin cut.
