Abstract

The growth of expression of genes encoding isoforms of glutathione S-transferase and glutaredoxin may be estimated as the important part of redox-dependent mechanism of development of cancer cells resistance to cisplatin.

Рост экспрессии генов изоформ глутатионтрансферазы и глутаредоксина можно расценивать как важную часть редокc-зависимого механизма развития резистентности опухолевых клеток к цисплатину.
