Опыт применения Мирапекса ПД при болезни Паркинсона

Abstract

Агонисты дофаминовых рецепторов остаются наряду с леводопой препаратами первого ряда в лечении болезни Паркинсона. Их преимуществами являются меньший риск развития дискинезий и флуктуаций симптомов, отсутствие необходимости метаболизирования для оказания основного эффекта, а также установленный в эксперименте нейропротективный потенциал. Одним из наиболее эффективных дофаминовых агонистов, имеющим обширную доказательную базу, является прамипексол (Мирапекс). В статье представлен собственный опыт применения новой формы прамипексола с пролонгированным 24-часовым действием – препарата Мирапекс ПД. Рассматриваются вопросы перевода со стандартного дофаминового агониста на Мирапекс ПД, отмечаются удобство и безопасность данного инновационного препарата, повышение комплаентности пациентов и расширение возможностей осуществления постоянной дофаминергической стимуляции при болезни Паркинсона.
