Abstract

In accordance with the government concept of unified healthcare information system by 2020, the regional segments of system are established. Effectiveness of government funds, allocated for healthcare informatization is an important problem, which can be solved partially by calculation of the total cost of ownership (TCO). The investigation presents mathematical model of TCO, used in achievement of medical information system implementation in Nizhny Novgorod region

В 2011-2012 годах в рамках региональных программ модернизации создаются региональные сегменты единой государственной информационной системы в сфере здравоохранения на период до 2020 года, произведено создание единой информационной системы в сфере здравоохранения (ЕГИСЗ). Оптимальный выбор стратегии информатизации системы здравоохранения конкретного региона является важнейшей проблемой, одним из путей решения которой является анализ совокупной стоимости владения
