II

Abstract

We consider a limiting version of the general mathematical model of economic growth formulated in the first part of the work, which generalizes a number of economic growth models taking into account human capital accumulation through learning-by-doing including K. Arrow’s classical model. For this generalized model, traditional problem settings (the social planner and competitive equilibrium) are described. A general optimal problem covering the main traditional problem settings is formulated.
