Abstract

Исследование литературных источников по проблемам управления трудовыми конфликтами, а также тенденции развития системы промышленных предприятий г. Курска в аспекте ее влияния на социально-трудовую сферу данных организаций позволяет сделать вывод, что руководству необходимы знания и навыки управления конфликтными ситуациями, с целью прогнозирования, предотвращения и эффективного разрешения трудовых конфликтов. В связи с этим в статье автором проводится анализ социально-трудовой сферы, результаты которого определяет информационно-аналитическую основу управления трудовыми конфликтами с целью поддержания социальной стабильности на внутреннем рынке труда предприятий

The study of the literature about labor conflict management issues and trends in the development of the system of industrial enterprises of Kursk in the aspect of its influence on the social and labor organizations data leads to the conclusion that the leadership necessary knowledge and skills of conflict management situations, with a view prediction, prevention and effective resolution of labor conflicts. Therefore, in this article the author analyzes the social and labor sphere, the results of which determine the information and analytical basis for labor conflict management in order to maintain social stability in the domestic labor market enterprises
