Abstract

The article based on the analysis of statistics on migration links between southern regions of Russia and northern areas of Tyumen region (Khanty-Mansiysk and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District) argues the thesis that the overall impact, one-pointedness of internal migration flows between Russian regions can determine the differences in the levels of socio-economic development and the levels of social comfort.
