
Исследуется взаимосвязь категорий экономической социологии, выражающих человеческий фактор экономики, различные понимания профессии и подходы к анализу профессионального труда в социологии, определяются профессиональный потенциал и его структура. Профессионализация труда рассматривается в связи с трансформацией формы и содержания труда.The correlation of concepts of the economic sociology is considered in the article. The categories represent the human factor of the economics, different point of view about profession and approaches to professional labor in sociology. The professional potential and its structure are defined. The professionalization of labor connected with transformation of the form of labor is considered.
