Abstract

The author of this article analyzes one of the novels put into force by Civil Proceedings Charter of 1864 namely establishing the order of the legal procedure claims and the order of the civil trial. The procedure of the civil trial was considerably simplified and regulated after putting into force the new orders of the civil proceedings.

В данной статье анализируется одна из новелл, введенных Уставом гражданского судопроизводства 1864 г., а именно установление искового и особого порядков судопроизводства. С введением указанных новых порядков рассмотрения гражданских дел была значительно упрощена и упорядочена процедура гражданского судопроизводства.
